Directions: For adults, take both Herbal Formula and Fiber Formula together. Start with
one (1) tablet of each during the morning and one (1) tablet of each in the evening.
Increase intake of both products by one (1) tablet each morning and evening until
desired results are achieved. Do not exceed six (6) tablets of either product daily. Drink
8 to 10 glasses of water per day or follow the advise of your health care
professional.
