Rinsing your sinuses with saline is comforting, even soothing. It can moisturize and rinse away some mucus. But bacteria cling tightly to the sinus membranes and protect themselves with a mucus layer. Fungus grip the sinus terrain with tenacity. If you have a sinus infection (sinusitis) then you need to kill those bacteria and fungus where they live- in your sinuses.
What better way is there to do that than with a powerful anti-bacterial and anti-fungal rinse that you can use in your Neti Pot? Super Neti Juice is a powerful antimicrobial formula that kills bacteria and fungus in your sinuses.
Bacteria and fungus love saline. That salt solution that you prepare to make your Neti rinse so comfortable and soothing is something that they enjoy too. The salts that you use to ionically balance the rinse water serve to minimize the osmolic imbalance between “tap” water and the fluids of your body.
It’s called “Normal Saline” because it mimics the salt content of your body tissues. Unfortunately, it is this very same salt balance that bacteria and fungus have come to love as well. Wouldn’t you like to treat the invading microbes to a bath of their worst night-mare? How about soaking them in a solution that kills 99.99% of bacteria in 10 minutes? The very same solution kills 99.9% of the fungus in 10 minutes.
Super Neti Juice is simply added to your distilled or de-ionized water in your neti pot. Go about your normal usage and know that you are killing these pathogens by the millions!

Directions:
Super Neti Juice will typically be used two times per day: once in the morning upon awakening and once in the evening before bed. Additional irrigations during the day will improve results. Stronger concentrations than those mentioned here are not harmful and actually improve antimicrobial capabilities.
1. If your Neti pot or squirt bottle had previously been used for a saline solution, then rinse the bottle with distilled or de-ionized water. Any residual saline will lower the effectiveness of the Super Neti Juice.
2. Each dropper-squeeze of Super Neti Juice delivers 1 milliliter (ml). Squirt 10 droppers (10 ml) of Super Neti Juice into your neti pot or squirt bottle.
3. Mix each 10 ml of Super Neti Juice with one ounce (30 ml) of distilled or de-ionized water. A typical amount would be 20 ml of Super Neti Juice and 2 ounces (60 ml) of water.
4. Have a towel or tissue handy to blow any excess mucus and liquid from your nose for the remaining steps.
5. Place the Neti pot spout in one of your nostrils so it forms a seal around the opening. Tilt your head to the side so the liquid runs into your nose. Let about half the liquid run into your nose. Important note: When mixed with distilled water, Super Neti Juice can be expected to sting to some degree. The sting is from the water and not the Super Neti Juice. It is due to the fact that distilled water and your sinus tissues are not ionically balanced. The sting will typically disappear within a few minutes.
6. After the thick mucus congestion has run out and the liquid is running smoothly, pinch both nostrils and let the remaining liquid sit in your nasal passages for at least 3 minute.
7. Unblock your nostrils and let the liquid run out.
8. Switch the Neti pot spout to your other nostril and repeat Steps 5-7.
Alternative Usage
For users with particularly sensitive sinuses, there is an alternate procedure that produces less stinging than using Super Neti Juice with distilled water. This procedure can be accomplished without a Neti pot or squirt bottle.
1. Lie down on your back. For the remaining steps, avoid swallowing the Super Neti Juice by saying “Ahhh.”
2. Take a dropper-squeeze of Super Neti Juice (1 ml).
3. Hold one nostril closed.
4. Squeeze the dropper-squeeze of Super Neti Juice directly into your open nostril.
5. Repeat this process with subsequent dropper squeezes until the Super Neti Juice starts to spill from the open nostril. This indicates your sinuses are filled with Super Neti Juice. Typical adult sinuses hold about 8 ml, or 8 dropper-squeezes.
6. When your sinuses are filled with Super Neti Juice, close off the open sinus. Move up to a sitting position while pinching your nostrils closed.
7. Hold the Super Neti Juice in your nasal and sinus cavities for as long as possible. 3 minutes is good; 5 - 10 minutes will kill far more bacteria and fungi.
8. Un-block your nostrils and blow out any remaining Super Neti Juice. For either procedure, any remaining irritation can be calmed after about 15 minutes by rinsing your sinuses with Nature’s Rite’s Herbal Neti Soother.
If You use Super Neti Juice with Herbal Neti Soother, Sinus Relief, Congestion Relief or Sinus Support
For sinus infections and sinusitis conditions, the following usages are recommended:
Perform Super Neti Juice irrigations at least two times per day - once in the morning upon awakening and once in the evening right before bed. These irrigations will dramatically lower bacteria and fungal counts.
More Super Neti Juice irrigations during the day will actually lower bacteria and fungal counts further. The longer you can hold Super Neti Juice in your sinuses, the greater its effectiveness.
During the waking day, spray Sinus Relief once every 20-30 minutes.
If congestion occurs in nasal passages, spray Congestion Relief or Sinus Support 1-2 sprays per nostril. Blow your nose about 1 minute after spraying to clear congestion.
If your sinuses become irritated or dry during the course of applying Super Neti Juice, use Nature’s Rite Herbal Neti Soother to calm and settle the tissues.
After a Super Neti Juice rinse, wait 15 minutes before using Congestion Relief or Sinus Relief.
Wait 15 minutes after using Congestion Relief or Sinus Support before irrigating with Super Neti Juice or spraying with Sinus Relief. Also separate irrigations with Super Neti Juice and Herbal Neti Soother by about 15 minutes.
